Army Issue Basha shelter sheet or ‘tent section’.

Ex UK military stock in new or very near new condition.

Basha, Hootchie, Tent Section or poncho, call these what want, they have nearly as many names as configurations.

Multi Terrain Pattern MTP camouflage pattern.

Genuine British Army standard issue shelter sheet or ‘Tent Section’.

Waterproofed MTP nylon, 8 eyelets, 11 webbing loops for bungees, pegs, cord or poles.

Measuring 220 x 250cm, these are large enough for two men plus personal kit.

Design also features webbing handles to allow use as an emergency stretcher.

Strictly speaking ours has been set up inside out for the photo’s. This is to illustrate the additional fittings, and this item does work just as well whichever side is outermost.

Folds to 10 x 6 x 36cm, or smaller if you really try.

ive used these before and wanted my own. good quality so its an issue one.a b***h to fold up at first, but with practice it WILL fit in to the front pouch of an issue bergen (i hope) with any bungees, pegs and cord.i ordered 15m of para cord with it and its the good stuff which surprised me. i thought i was ordering 2 bungees with it but it ended up to be 2 pairs. again you’ve done good Kit Monster.
