Original production, pre 2011 model, Camelbak ‘Motherlode’ pack

Rarely available, plain green model with contrast strapping

This design has been discontinued by Camelbak, and is now hard to find, we have a single example available

This is the original battle proven design in 1000 Denier Cordura, heavier than the new 500D model, but much tougher

Possibly the most desired and rated patrol pack for GWOT operations

Pack capacity is 42 litres, exterior has MOLLE strapping to attach additional pouches and kit

Grab handle, wide, comfortable shoulder straps, articulated design that integrates well with body armour. Quick release fittings and D rings, this rides high on the back working well with belt order webbing

Single main compartment with internal pocket and zipped mesh pocket, 2 way zip closure allows easy access

Medium sized exterior pocket with 7 individual internal pockets for small items plus a hook and strap for keys or similar, 2 way zip closure

Small flat exterior pocket for documents, maps, marker panels, or anything else you care to fit in it

Velcro loop field for patches, 3 antennae, cable or hose ports, all with Velcro covers

Dedicated bladder pocket in the back panel, allows access to a hydration system without unpacking the main body. Bladder is not included

Internal back board stiffener panel has been removed, this improves fit with body armour and does not affect use

Adjustable cargo / compression side straps with QR buckles & Velcro tidies (one of these has been removed, please see images)

Condition is used but sound, some signs of use and wear, one side cargo strap has been removed, some minor wear damage on the base, no other damage or repairs, all zips are original and fully functioning, some zip pulls replaced with para’ cord, non-branded sternum strap, no obvious user mark
