Charity donations

We support certain selected charities and are unable to support other charities or fund raising events with sponsorship or donations of equipment or money.

Does Kit Monster offer discounts or discount codes?

At Kit Monster we aim to offer competitive, consistent pricing for all and therefore do not operate a discount code system. Discounts may be available for bulk purchases, please email us with your requirements.

How do I make a return?

Returns must be sent to our trading address, and are subject to our published returns policy elsewhere on this site. Customers are responsible for goods in transit to us, and must pay the cost of return postage. Again, please see our returns policy for full details.

Can I send my order back?

All orders are covered by our no quibble returns guarantee; returns are subject to terms and conditions. Please see our shipping & returns policy for full details.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

Some deliveries will require a signature for security, if no one is available to sign then your order cannot be delivered. Please refer to our published shipping information for full details, terms and conditions.

Can I change my delivery address?

At the time of ordering you can request any delivery address you choose, but once your order has been dispatched this cannot be changed.

When can I expect delivery?

UK delivery times depend on the service requested when the order is placed, orders are updated by email with relevant details. If Next Day is requested and meets the relevant conditions, you will receive your order the next working day. Please see our carriage section for full details, including the conditions.

Orders paced for standard delivery may be expected within 2-6 working days, often less.

Dispatch and delivery times may occasionally vary due to outside commitments; amended delivery times, form point of ordering, will be published on our site

Time scales for international deliveries are subject to far more variables and cannot be guaranteed, the same applies to BFPO. Please see our specific shipping notes for further details.

Can I visit the premises?

Kit Monster began as a shop, and you are welcome to visit our trading address if you wish. If you are making a specific journey, or travelling any distance please call ahead to ensure we have what you're looking for and that we'll be available. Stock is always changing and our hours of opening can differ due to outside commitments, we wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey.
