Description
Complete Classic ‘Commanders’ model belt kit package from Hamilton Textiles.
Hamilton Textiles are Military Contract Tailors, quietly gaining an excellent reputation for their high quality, custom built kit.
Hand built in the UK, single unit, fixed webbing set* with hip pad, made entirely from UK MOD specification materials
1000 Denier, MTP compatible Multi Terrain Pattern multicamo fabric throughout
Far more stable and comfortable than PLCE, and featuring multiple extras not found on similar sets
From left to right as viewed:
Twin Ammo Pouch with Velcro & press stud closure (6 x30 round 5.56mm mags), MOLLE fittings on front and rear sides
4 x utility pouches
Sized for UK issue 2 pint bottle & cup, including Crusader type, UK mess tins or Jetboil stove
First pouch from left has strap fittings for the PLCE bayonet frog (not included)
Fourth pouch from left has MOLLE / PALS fittings on the leading side
Commanders admin’ / utility pouch with MOLLE strapping on both sides, sized as above
*The MOLLE in the item title refers to these external MOLLE fittings, this is not a MOLLE set.
Ammo are ‘double skinned’ for durability and to maintain rigidity, remainder are single layer 1000D Cordura.
All pouches permanently sewn to an ergonomic hip pad base, pad is mesh backed for quick drying. The term MOLLE in the item title refers to the fittings on the outside of the end pouches, this is not a modular set
All utility pouches have length adjustable strap & QR buckle closure, with optional Velcro panels, drainage eyelet in base of each
Upper edge has 6 D rings for fitting a yoke; matching yoke is included
Far left and far right utility pouches have loops behind to attach fittings that convert these to carry a 354 radio, 354 fitting attachment is included and this is easily fitted, adjusted or removed, just fold the lid away inside the pouch and use the alternate fittings
Utility pouches are large enough to accommodate the stiffener/protective liner from the issue 354 pouch and the radio. This insert is not included, sprung metal ‘dog’ clip fitted above far right utility, this is for helmet attachment
Length adjustable compression strap across the utility pouches, this can be removed and replaced with a bungee if desired
Sewn in, length adjustable belt with side release buckle, buckle may be switched out without cutting or stitching
Sizing, set measures 30.5″ + 26″ (78 + 66cm), from end to end along the top edge of the pad, second figure refers to length of belt fitted
Please consider bulk of clothing and body armour when judging size, this set will suit most users, but ideally with a trouser waist size no less than 32″
Condition is new and unused, direct to us from the manufacturer, no tags or packaging
