UK made, custom built short back bergen from Green Olive Stitching

Built to the same dimensions as the UK PLCE issue short back Infantry bergen, complete with multiple additional features usually only available as modifications

Made in UK sourced MTP compatible ‘Erebis’ multicamo 1000 Denier ‘Cordura’ type Nylon

Additional features:

3 x Utility Pouch with adjustable strap & buckles closures with optional Velcro

1x ‘basha stash’ pouch, full width of the front, adjustable twin strap & buckle closure with Velcro

Mesh side pockets with draw cord closures, fitted between the zips, side pockets can be fitted over these, cargo / compression straps around these**

Floating lid for outsize loads or top flapping without tipping the lid forward into your head *

Padded mesh back for improved comfort, ventilation and drying

Wider, better shaped shoulder straps, with additional padding and mesh back

Adjustable sternum strap

Front grab / drag handle

Improved top flap lid pocket, increased capacity with 3 sided zip for maximum access, Velcro loop field lining and complete with 2 x removable, mesh zipped admin’ pouches**

Side zips for standard PLCE issue side pockets or Green Olive’s own design pouches (optional extras)

Usual PLCE internal frame

Adjustable hip / waist belt

Internal lid pocket, and snow/sand hood for weather proof extension to main compartment.

Shoulder straps have 2 points of adjustment for maximum stability

This design does not feature the vertical ‘ladder’ strapping found on the original PLCE design

UK designed and made by a MoD trained tailor

Side pouch options

GOS custom PLCE type are in a fabric that matches the bergen, based on the UK issue PLCE side pouches, without unnecessary features & trimmings (no buckles or clips for yoke attachment, no external strap loops)

Clamshell design shown in some images has now been discontinued

PLCE issue, are UK issue side pouches in genuine MTP, see image 1. These are not an exact colour or pattern match to the bergen
