The LMF is specifically designed for military survival use and tough enough to cut through aircraft fuselage or a plexiglass canopy.

Textured rubber handle for sure grip and confidence in adverse conditions. Handle has a relieved oval allowing clearance and alignment when the knife is lashed to a pole for use as a survival spear. Twin holes in the hilt provide secure lashing for this application.

Steel window breaker strike point and lanyard loop on the pommel buttcap. The buttcap is electrically isolated from the blade. For safety reasons ensure the scabbard is fitted before use as a window breaker or hammer.

The Gerber LMF Infantry is MIRS compliant (Military Integrated Resource System or Military Interoperability Requirements), meaning it has met US requirements for military purchase and issue.

Supplied complete with secure moulded sheath mounted on military grade, mildew resistant nylon panel with 2 press studded strap retainers and MOLLE fittings. Upper MOLLE fitting doubles as a belt loop.

Knife clips securely into the moulded rigid scabbard.

Scabbard also features a sharpening slot.

Supplied complete with 2 detachable leg straps in black nylon with size adjusting QR buckles.

Customers purchasing bladed items must ensure that when delivered these cannot be received or accessed by anyone under 18 at the delivery address. We may also be required by law to mark the package as containing a bladed article. We usually maintain a policy of customer confidentiality, but such external marking is part of the proposed legislation.

Bladed items are prohibited from Air Mail services and may not be ordered for delivery outside the UK. If ordered for delivery outside the UK this item will be cancelled and refunded, less any fees incurred by us
