Modular Medical Pouch from Karrimor SF in Crye Precision Multicam, with ‘Immediate Action’ (IA) feature.

Suitable for use with most MOLLE systems, on the belt or your pack.

2020 model with Multicam patterned webbing, not plain tan as shown.

A compact alternative to the issue item for those carrying smaller trauma packs.

Red pull handle to visually denote purpose.

Suggested as a first response/immediate aid pouch. Ideal as a personal Aid Kit Carrier, these will accommodate various combinations of the issued med kit including: CAT Tourniquet, Israeli FFD’s, with a little space to spare for extras such as air ways and gloves.

3 sided, 2 way zip closure with outsize pull tabs on the zippers for cold or gloved hands.

Drainage eyelet in base.

Measures 16 x 11.5 x 5.5cm. MOLLE footprint is 2 columns x 5 rows.

Internal pockets and elastic retaining/dividing loops.

Velcro panel on retention flap for patches.

The combat specific design allows the pouch to be removed from the mounting panel and placed alongside the casualty, or easily passed or thrown to others.
