Medical trauma kit pouch from Platatac in genuine Multicam

Acquired as UK militray surplus, and as issued to UKSF, possibly inspired by the Blue Force Gear ‘Trauma Kit Now’ pouch

MOLLE / PALS fitted pouch for use with most modular systems

‘Med Slot Pouch’ design, no longer available from the manufacturer

Fully removable, folding inner panel with multiple elastic retaining/dividing loops, and slip pocket

This semi-stiffened, inner platform is easily and swiftly removed by grasping the pull tab on the flap and pulling up. The flap closure is part of the platform and allows this unit to be closed up when removed from the main pouch as required

Box shape, approximate external measurements 18 x 13 x 7cm (HxWxD), Velcro closed flap and lanyard attachment points. Velcro panel on flap for patches, first aid cross shown is included

MOLLE / PALS loops on the lid to mount a tourniquet carrier (not included)

This combat specific design allows the med’ kit to be removed from the pouch whilst keeping everything organised and secure, and easily placed alongside the casualty.
