Genuine MTP 1000 D Cordura type Nylon, Mil-Spec’ materials throughout

Features an integral zipped pocket, grab handle and Velcro field for IFF, ID or ‘morale’ patches

Suitable for use with Camelbak Motherlode packs (all models), Blackhawk ‘Barrage’, ‘Cyclone’ & ‘Titan’ packs, and various other designs and brands, best suited to packs with a capacity of 35-45 litres

This retro-fit top flap is easy to fit to compatible packs and adds a useful feature to modern pack designs

Adding a top flap to allows carriage of items that may not fit in your pack; ASM and anti-tank munitions, ladders, medical packs, stretchers and anything else the Platoon Sergeant sends your way that you can fit under it

Helps compress the pack and provides a secondary closure in the unlikely event that a zip fails

These top flaps feature simple loops to run under the shoulder straps, shoulder straps must be undone to fit, those with side release buckles are the easiest. Adjustable straps fit easily to MOLLE / PALS using tri-glide buckles, buckles are included

Easily added or removed in figures few, no tools, cutting or sewing required

These may also work with some VIRTUS packs, including the MKI and II bergens and Commanders’ daysack, please note it may be necessary to remove the elastic strap tidies from the narrow element of the shoulder straps to do so
