Whistle Guard, Leather, Used

Description

Genuine MoD issue leather ‘guard’ for the issue whistle.

215mm long, loop at one end and button hole at the other. Intended to attach the whistle to clothing.

In use since we don’t when, certainly the whistles these fit were in use before the First World War and are still in use today.

Used condition supplied, condition will vary from that shown. Guard on the right is new, these are now sold out, new guard and whistle shown for illustration, coin for scale, whistle and coin not included.
