Description

UK Military, PLCE issue short back Infantry bergen with the following tailored modifications:

3x utility pouch with adjustable strap & buckle strap closures, secondary Velcro patches

1x ‘basha stash’ with zip closure, full width of the bergen front

Please note these pouches have been fitted over the ladder strapping, this strapping is no longer accessible

Improved shoulder straps, wider, shaped design with upgraded padding for superior comfort & stability for reduced fatigue

We believe these modifications are by Dragon but cannot be sure

Condition is very good, clean & tidy, near new ex UK military stock, previous user marks in ink on the back as shown, minor signs of use, tape on straps, male buckle half has been removed from the hip belt

One point of damage Cordura is pulling out of the seam binding above one shoulder strap, as shown in the images. This does not yet affect use but should be repaired before prolonged, demanding or robust use, no other damage or repairs

Colour shades may differ slightly between bergen and tailored pouches

Standard features

125 litre capacity when complete with side pouches (optional extra)

Internal aluminium frame, zipped top box pocket, internal lid pocket, and snow/sand hood for weather proof extension to main compartment

Padded and shaped shoulder straps with 2 points of way adjustment

Padded back with stitched venting channels and hip belt

EU made to MoD specification in MTP IRR materials by the MoD contractor

Multiple views shown, single empty Bergen supplied. UK issue 2 pint water bottle for scale only, this is not included

Side pouches are an optional extra and will only be included if selected. Due to production differences side pouches may not be an exact colour match to the bergen
