Custom built, tailored webbing set in MTP
Unit level ‘Rigger’ or local made belt kit webbing
A well thought out set for a user who knew what he needed
Sewn together set using PLCE and Osprey items
Left to right as viewed:
2 x single ammunition pouch, Osprey 2 magazine type, Velcro flap closures
1 x PLCE canteen / water bottle / utility pouch, modified with adjustable strap & buckle closure and additional pouches, smoke grenade on leading side, 2 magazine ammunition on trailing side, HE grenade on lid, all Osprey issue
1 x PLCE canteen pouch, adjustable strap & buckle closure, 1 magazine pouch on leading side
1 x PLCE canteen pouch, adjustable strap & buckle closure, smoke grenade pouch on leading side, pistol magazine / multi-tool pouch on the lid. Some cuts in the fabric inside this pouch, side against body, these do not affect use
1 x Osprey issue medical pouch, employed here as a command & admin’ pouch, 2 way zip closure, opens fully on 3 sides, Velcro loop panel on side against body, Velcro closed pocket on the other (opens from bottom), exterior has another Velcro closed flat pocket and small commercial pouch fitted horizontally, ideal for SA80 combi’ tool
Pouches are sewn to a PLCE hip pad, all unnecessary fittings removed to reduce weight and bulk
Foliage loops on PLCE pouches have been retained, flat pocket on the underside of each lid, slip pocket / panel inside these has been removed
Length adjustable belt with metal roll pin buckle
4 x PLCE type metal fittings for yoke attachment
Complete with UK PLCE issue, 6 point adjustable yoke in MTP
Size, this set measures 30.5″ + 18″ (73 + 45cm) from end to end along the top edge of the pad, second figure refers to length of belt available, excluding buckle
Recommended for users with a waist size no less than 32″
Condition is used and clearly so, various signs or wear and use, marked from field use, no repairs or damage other than noted above, no obvious previous user marks, ready for immediate real world use, plenty of working life left in it
