Genuine British army PLCE issue MTP Infantry pattern bergen with modifications, we suspect these are by Dixies Corner or Dragon

Standard UK issue long back bergen with the following tailored modifications:

Improved shoulder straps, shaped and padded for superior weight distribution, comfort & stability for reduced fatigue

3 x utility pouch, adjustable strap & buckle closures with secondary Velcro patches

1 x basha stash pouch, zip closure, generously sized, full width of the front panel, box lid with twin strap & buckle closure, zip closure under the lid

These additional pouches have been added over the original ladder strapping, this is no longer accessible

Height adjustable, floating lid, ideal for outsized load or top flapping, without tipping the lid forward towards the user

These modifications alone cost over £220.00 without the cost of the bergen

Supplied complete with correct issue side pouches

Condition is used, faded and marked, with clear signs of use and wear, no damage or repairs, no obvious previous user marks

125 litre capacity when complete with side pouches (optional extra)

Internal aluminium frame, zipped top box pocket, internal lid pocket, and snow/sand hood for weather proof extension to main compartment

Padded and shaped shoulder straps with 2 points of way adjustment

Padded back with stitched venting channels and hip belt

EU made to MoD specification in MTP IRR materials by the MoD contractor

Multiple views shown, single empty Bergen supplied. UK issue 2 pint water bottle for scale only, this is not included
